A: No, Purpose Focus Coaching is not therapy or mental health services. We offer faith-based coaching focused on personal growth, healing, and purpose discovery. If you need clinical assistance, we recommend a licensed therapist.
Q: Do you officiate weddings?
A: Yes, we do officiate weddings, but only after you've completed our coaching programs. We view marriage as covenant between a man and a woman, and officiating is not guaranteed. It is determined by our coaching team on a case-by-case basis. If you're interested in having us officiate or exploring additional services, we can review the details during your coaching session. Please note that officiating involves additional fees separate from the coaching programs.
Q: How are sessions structured?
A: Sessions are 60 minutes long and can be conducted in person, virtually via Zoom, or over the phone. This format provides flexibility and privacy for clients worldwide. All sessions are confidential, and your information will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law.
Q: Do you offer group coaching or retreats?
A: Yes, we offer group coaching and retreats on a seasonal basis.
Payment and Cancellation Information
We accept payment in cash, Cash App, and Apple Pay. Payment is due before each session or at the beginning of your monthly plan. A one-time administrative consultation fee of $30 is charged to all new coaching clients at the time of scheduling. If you schedule and attend a session within a week, this fee will go toward your first coaching session.
However, if you cancel your consultation or do not schedule within a week of your consultation, the $30 fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: By submitting, you acknowledge that your purchase secures limited resources—including time, space, materials, and coaching availability—that cannot be resold or recovered once reserved. Therefore, we offer no refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances, including changes in schedule, travel disruptions, or personal emergencies. 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling, and missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.
